The Party

It's been a whole week of celebrations for Madison and I am quite pleased to announce that her birthday for 2008 is finally over! Birthdays are hard work! June/July seems to be a hectic period at our house, with Father's Day, Bryn's, Madison's and my birthdays all crammed together. Now I can take a rest for a couple of months until the next crazy stint of 'Sinterklaas', Christmas and Savannah's birthday taking centre stage for the month of December.

Bryn was a fantastic help this afternoon and even ran around the Hague this morning printing off one of the games, 'Pin the Nose on Troy' (a spin off of Pin the Tail on the Donkey, but in High School Musical style)! We also played musical cushions, the all time favourite 'pass the parcel' and baked edible microphones! Madison had a blast and it was such fun watching her enjoy her special day. She was really spoilt with so many wonderful gifts which will keep her busy for weeks to come.
