The expat circle here in Holland is best described as something pretty close to the ebb and flow of the tides. They come, they go, they come, {we rejoice}, they go {we cry}....We're a bunch of South African ladies who have met up for years for coffee mornings, moms and tots, babyshowers, weekends away, farewells etc. Today we celebrated the up and coming arrival of Soul's little baby boy and Annalize's visit to Holland--our dear friend who used to live here, but who has moved on to Doha, Qatar. We missed our good friends Lizanne who is now in London and Simone who lives in Qatar as well. Renee, you were part of our circle too, before you decided to leave us for Perth 2 years ago! We miss you guys.
