Our good friends, Jason and Ruthie and their four kids have taken a new posting in Toronto, Canada and left yesterday. (They were supposed to be here another year, so I felt quite comfortable with that--a year is a long time!) It's not very often a couple like this comes along. They're so special and will be missed very much!!! Jason was Bryn's golfing 'coach' and buddy, Ruthie was the girls night/sleepover instigator. Just a load of fun and so down to earth. Every time I think about it, I cry. That's the nature of the expat lifestyle unfortunately. Friends come and they go and they come and they go (in our case--because we've been here so long!). All the best in Canada, guys. You'll be loved wherever you go.
