Luxembourg

What an awesome, awesome weekend we had in Germany and Luxembourg, surrounded by family and good friends. The guys decided to make up for lost boys' trips and headed to Luxembourg 2 weeks ago. It was such a success, they decided to repeat it with the family. Thanks to Ang for actually making it happen. The 3 amigos/Russian sailors are good at coming up with the ideas and it stops there!

We took occupancy of 2 cute little wooden cabins, all decked out with electricity and comfy bunk beds and all. The kitchen, stocked everything we could possibly need and more and toilets were within easy reach. The kids had a ball and the boys built a spectaular 'man' loghouse fire--all from 'borrowed' wood, which was still merrily burning away the following morning. Oh, conversation around the campfire...I'm just laughing out loud while thinking about it.

We visited the campsite cave of 2 weeks prior and thoroughly enjoyed the beauty, openness and crisp fresh air. The views were breathtaking. A visit to the rockclimbing walls was a hit. We squeezed through very narrow nooks and crannies, climbed a couple of rocks and hiked our way through an amazingly gorgeous carpet of autumn leaves. Thanks to everyone who made this weekend such a fun memory!!

Anything with a kitchen and toilets within easy reach, does not qualify for a boys weekend. So this time we brought the families along. Pedro
