Take a look at this video of my tummy from above. Most of the movement occurs in the top section of my belly, as that's where the legs are. Evenings seem to be kick boxing/stretching/punching time. It's the most weird feeling in the world, watching this body inside your belly twist and turn. Bryn is always amazed.
