Feis

Savannah participated in her first Irish Feis this morning and really shone. As many of you know, Irish dancing = curly hair, so we have such an advantage with all her beautiful natural curls. The other girls wore wigs or arrived in curlers! The adjudicator was fun and clearly pointed out that he wanted the children to feel relaxed and enjoy this experience. Savannah walked away with a 'highly recommended' placing and a medal. Click on the video below to watch her section of the prize giving. She was over the moon and we are so proud of her. Madison enjoyed being a spectator. Later today, the girls watched Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance and danced the afternoon away.
