year 1 (2000): Bryn studied 3rd year engineering, Claire studied a Bachelor of Arts and worked as a teacher, Savannah arrived!
year 2 (2001): 4th year engineering degree completed. We moved out of our love hut and into Aunty Margot's flat. Savannah's cleft was repaired.
year 3 (2002): Engineering graduation, moved in with my parents for a couple of months before we moved to Holland. Arrived in Holland in August.
year 4 (2003): Adjusted to life in a foreign land, made friends, Bryn worked for Shell in Amsterdam and commuted an hour each way. Moved to Clematislaan in Oegstgeest. Claire taught English to Dutch children.
year 5 (2004): Bryn was called as Branch President, Madison was born, Savannah started peuterspeelzaal.
year 6 (2005): Bryn changed jobs, still with Shell, but based at the Pernis refinery in Rotterdam. Bought a second car and purchased first home in Leidschendam.
year 7 (2006): Renovated new house, Bryn started his MBA, Claire found a reliable handyman to help her with things around the house as Bryn was busy, busy, busy.
year 8 (2007): Bryn started a new job, still with Shell, but in the Hague this time, as a strategy consultant. MBA completed in December, Claire taught English from home and enjoyed her Miglio jewellery and cake businesses. She also started instructing Body Pump classes at the gym.
year 9 (2008): MBA graduation, post MBA life began.
year 10 (2009): 8 days into the new year, 1 day into the 10th year of happiily-ever-after, celebrating the best decision we've ever made, living for the day, looking forward to the future and especially what 2009 brings--a new baby girl.
These past 9 years have been quite a ride! We've certainly packed a lot into them, but most importantly, we take from them, life's lessons, many happy memories and laughter and the determination to make the most of our future. We have been so blessed with 2 beautiful girls, healthy and able minds and bodies, opportunity, ability and new beginnings each and every day. Love you so much, my Brynny Boy. I'm so blessed to have you at my side. I chose the very best. Let's continue to Return with Honour, Be Happy and Live our Dreams. xxxx

Happy anniversary my darlings. You certainly have done lots in your past 9 years. Hope your marriage grows stronger each year. When you marry your best friend the sky is the limit !!
