A Day at the Spa

Hails and Jerry took the day off on Tuesday to enjoy a day of pampering at Indigo Fields Spa (in the Midlands) with us. What a treat it was. We basked in the welcome of the beautiful Zulu therapists and were cradled in comfort and were lavished with pure and utter relaxation and luxury: from the pure organic body range to delicious healthy meals, prepared with fresh produce from the farm.

With each treatment, we were transported to one of the secluded spa areas, each with its own special feature, a serene and captivating view or a secluded thatch boma nestled in indigenous bush and bridging bubbling streams. We were treated to an Indian head massage, facial, full body massage, full body scrub, jacuzzi, sauna, breakfast and lunch.

We loved it so much, Bryn and I decided to re-visit next week and this time stay over night in one of the cozy guest suites. What a way to de-stress! It'll be a must every time we come 'home'.
